Booking Platforms

I am looking for a gym booking platform with a calendar and two type of booking (solo and grouped), it must be an intuitive and with a good design calendar, the coach can create hourly appointment(and he will have to enter some information in some field like address, price, email, some description etc... and if it is a grouped hour then he will need to enter the number of maximum participant) and when he click on it, he can see the user information, like his age, gender, his 'objectives'. When the coach register, he will have to enter his informations, but also upload his degree, and then he will receive a mail with a confirmation and then he can to start create his calendar, enter his bio in his profile, upload a video for presentation etc... but his profile won't be seen until a second confirmation with the admin (he will need to book the admin with a special calendar) and then the admin can confirm his account and be seen by the normal user. For the user he need to choose his objective when he register (there will be 3) and then he register with his personal information, he need to be able to search his coach by filtering by city/objectives etc... The user in his profile he can see the objectives he chose earlier but can also change his objectives and choose another, he can also enter his weight and be able to see his evolution with a BMI graph and upload some photos to see his evolution. I also need an admin panel to manually accept the coach, to see and manage customer/coach. I will need to integrate stripe connect api to allow my customer to pay so they will need to enter their bank account information, they will be charged 24h after the appointment is done, they can also ask to be refunded and then the admin can manually refunding them after they talk by mail. I also need to be able tu use my own html template for mail. I can provide the design with some html file.
