after cloud server down we have: [2018-Dec-04 10:22:27] [CRITICAL] (admin/[login to view URL]) - Connection attmempt to AMI failed when we try: [root@pbx]# fwconsole restart Asterisk not currently running Running FreePBX shutdown... UCP Node Server is not running Running FreePBX startup... Starting Asterisk... [--------------->------------] 13 secs In [login to view URL] line 187: Unable to connect to Asterisk. Did it start? restart [-i|--immediate] [--] [<args>]... possible solution: Resolved. It looks like amportal picks AMI password from database, not from /etc/[login to view URL] file. So, the following helped: [root@AST1 rc2.d]# amportal a m mysql> UPDATE freepbx_settings SET value='correct_password' WHERE keyword='AMPMGRPASS'; need help now to fix this issue PS: possible long term work better if italian system administrator
