Amazon EC2 codeigniter website controller not found error -- 2

HI,
I have installed a fresh installation of EC2 on AWS and moved my codeigniter website to the server. The website is working fine on another EC2 server but it gives 404 not found error when i try to access any controller on the new server. It is just 10 minutes job for someone who knows what is to be done.
Has to be done using Teamviewer and must start immediately. Budget : 10$. - 1hour.
