Greetings! We are looking for a tool for Bulk ASIN lookup across multiple Amazon marketplaces. The tool would run on the Amazon MWS API. The developer must be well-versed with MWS Product API required to run bulk lists (i.e. upto 36,000 ASINs per hour), as that is the maximum limit per hour. The tool can be either web-based or a standalone software built using the code base you are comfortable with.
