We have data entry forms for students that take out classes. One form to add new student info, second form to enter another student (has to get and display course information from the previously entered new student but have an ability to change it if needed) and edit form. We have part of the form that each field populated depending on the previous choice. For example (see the picture) when you choose "in-house", Company (Hosting) would pull only records from the db that have field in-house as "yes". and depending on the chosen Company (Hosting), Site (Location) will have a list of according sites from the db. It works on our add new form but not edit form or add another student form. We need that functionality added to the other 2 forms.

Hi, This is an interesting problem that can be solved by correcting the programming logic. If you can send me the scripts (new form and edit form) I can fix the problem and return the scripts.
