Greeting members and visitors, handling incoming calls, and serving as the welcoming face of the congregation General administrative duties and staff support Manage service on all office machines Organize office supplies and maintain inventory Membership management, including database maintenance of member profiles, reports, letter merging, compiling and sending membership packets, upkeep, and management of files Under the supervision of, and working closely with, our Executive Director to manage member communication such as email, newsletter, and social media postings. A small amount of local shopping needed for programs Other duties/projects necessary to support the administrative needs of the congregation
