Add a video upload feature to an existing mobile app - v2

I need someone to update a native iOS mobile application and add functionality to allow users to upload videos to our server. The server upload form doesn't exist yet so that will need to be created as a simple upload form allowing video uploads from the iOS app only. Once the file has been uploaded, it can be deleted from the server immediately. I'll explain why during our discussions. Finally, the view / section of the app needs to have a remote toggle that can check the server to see if the form is online. If the form is offline or unavailable, the feature should be hidden. If the form is online and available, the feature should be visible to users. I can explain this in more detail once the project is started. I need this project started in the next day and completed in a couple days after that. I know there are plenty of people on here who could complete this project well and quickly but I want someone with whom I can build a good long-term relationship because we will have more apps being built in the coming months. Once the app has been updated as required, I will require you to release the app to the app-store using our developer account. Credentials will obviously be provided.
