Add Map with Listings to WordPress Website

We are building a new website, [login to view URL], and we need to add a Google Map that lists our user members on this map, and is filterable. We already have a list of members in WordPress, we just need these displayed on a Google map.
1. If user role is member show pin on map
2. Color of pin is represented by Member Category (growing = red, propagating = green etc)
3. Display member name in info window. If Contact Name If Different Then Above is filled out use this field
4. Display member category in info window
5. If Include My Contact Information for $50 is checked more info can be added to info window
6. If any of these are checked Company Name, Member Email, Member Phone, Mailing Address, Website Link, add them to info window
7. Map page will have dropdown list of Member categories, include an option for "All Members". When category selected, filter pins to only show members from that category.
8. Map page will have dropdown list of members. Depending on category selected, this list will show only members in that category. If member selected, only show pin for that member.
Use of plugins are ok to accomplish goal, just needs to be included in proposal cost.

Design of map (PSD and JPG) included in project files.
Would like done in 4 - 5 days. Hoping to award someone at lower end of budget.
