Add Green Padlock and Other Corrections to Open Cart Store

Here is what needs to be done: 1. Add green padlock to catalog pages. 2. Existing customer login on the Quick Checkout page doesn't work. Fix it. 3. Either remove a band on the View Cart pages or explain to me what it is there for. Why do the View Cart pages have a band at the top that says "Use Gift Certificate (0.80oz)"? Does this serve a function? it doesn't link to anything and it can't be clicked to add a gift certificate number. Can we get rid of it without harming the site or the checkout flow? 4. Sending an e-mail via Contact US e-mail leads to a You Have Been Logged off message. Change the wording on page [login to view URL] to "Your e-mail has been sent. You can expect a response in the next 24 hours. Thank you for contacting Body Body."
