This project is to scrape 34-37mm records from a public website and provide me the data set and to parse the data into individual fields. The payment will be for the delivery of scraped and parsed data, we will not pay for the scraping script. You must scrape the data yourself and you have to scrape all the data.

The URLs are sequential, so just start at 1 and go up to about 37,000,000. When you deliver the data the fields have to be separated into first name, middle name, last name (there may be as many as six names associated with each record), amount or cash reported, type of property, city, state, 5 digit zip code, 4 digit zip code addition, street address, property number, reported by, type of property.
In your bid please state the total cost for the project and the total amount of time it will take. In addition please tell me when you can deliver the first 5mm records. We will set this up so you deliver the records in batches of 5mm as your scrape them. You must scrape all the records to complete the project.
