I have some products images on a png with transparent background. As the product is not on the same position everytime the script need to cut the picture leaving only the image and than put it centrally positioned on a 1600x1200px jpg image with white background web optimized leaving minimum 50px as border. The script should work on a server with php 5.3 . I can install any kind on libraries needed like GD libraries. Attached the source image and like it should be after the script work it.
