Our website has completely gone down, it's a customised template in wordpress and we have a full backup file to restore it but it's not working and we can't access the wp login page either. We need immediate help please to fully restore the whole site ASAP! We also need review of plugins and try to work out what the issue may have been. Looked like issue was caused from adding a sidebar plugin which has clashed with something. Full backup was created before adding plugin.

This should be strait forward, we would login to your control panel, reload the backup. When the backup is online, we would access the site and scan it for errors, if the site is not working we will find the plugin thats affecting it and disable it, the backup could have minor issues reloading broken files. I can provide a video of my work as proof of completion, this should take more then an hour in ideal situations. Assuming the backup files are already on the server and no downloading or uploading is required.
