Fix Missing primary key in Mysql DB

I exported MariaDB using phpmyadmin. I imported the database using phpmyadmin to another site.

I noticed the wp_options table is missing a primary key. I need this fixed.

While I don't know the details of the project, adding a primary key may be as simple as just running one sql update statement. I'd like to know why php is needed also, this seems as a pure SQL issue. Anyway, hope yo もっと
