Developing Online Casino Application for Windows and Android

We are looking to get developed one online casino application for Windows and Android. In this application initially we want you to take idea from other online casino applications available on google and playstore or app store. Our company name and some other features should be changed. Everything should be controlled from our admin panel and master accounts. We will distribute our accounts to our users in two parts. One is Master account and another is user account. Master account will be adding as many as user accounts under his account and users will play online. But we at admin should be having full control on the games of players. We, admin should be having all the rights to suspend any on going game also.
