Develop a magento extension to product import from prestashop

Hi, I would like someone to give me a quotation of how much they can develop a Magento extension for my store to import the products and their images from a Prestashop store. It should rely on terminal mainly couz my internet connection is bad and won't import everything. I looked at the available extensions and they all cost a lot of money and this is why i'm posting here. I want to see if developing my own will cost me less money or not. I'm on a very tight budget and need this to work. The number of products that will be imported with their images are more than 100,000 products so relying on terminal is critical since timeouts are very not awesome and running from a browser can be slow at times. I look forward to reading your proposals & prices and see whats the best price provided and also whats the best option. If I decide to hire someone from here instead of buying the extension, I will hire the one with the best price.
