I worked on data analysis for a retail company (on customer data, campaign data) I have experience in calculation of life time value of the customer by considering all the events of the customer like placed orders, returns, refunds, chargebacks, membership billings, product costs, shipping costs(the cost of shipping the product), shipping revenues (collected from the customer), COGS and discounts. By considering all these events of the customer, will calculate the net and gross revenues and from which GAAP gross margin and cash gross margins can be calculated(LTV). Based on these values, we can get the top customers for each customer group(cohorts). I worked on calculating the accurate LTV of customers and campaigning to them to improve the business.
