Customize - buddypress JOB MANAGER x profiles

Hi i need a customization of some functions in buddypress JOB MANAGER plugin. i have 5 problems with buddypress JOB MANAGER: [login to view URL] have deleted the original email answearing function for companys because were working with our own messaging system / so, the job manager needs a new tab wich links to the autors profile / thats it [login to view URL] the profile the job manager tab itself needs to be deletet (people reach this function in another menu) [login to view URL] you write a job offer the text is white and you cant read it this text needs a dark color [login to view URL] job search field one field has to be deleted (second city field, wich gives errors) [login to view URL] to top arrow creates erros on smartphones and needs to be deleted too [login to view URL] THE END i want a pdf with all codes and some explanation where to put it thats it: i put a simple PDF to this with some screenshots and links please check it before you answear thank you
