Customize WordPress Theme

I need a WordPress theme with two versions. One with full features And by removing some features we will declare that as free version. So we will have two versions. The theme and project is single, just removing some features we will made free and have two versions. Theme should be having all options in option framework or in customizer whatever gets easy. But free version should be in customizer only. I need to put free version of wordpress theme on [login to view URL] for free download. So the code needs to be clean. The [login to view URL] only accepts theme with customizer options, so no theme options and no custom code for free version. The good blog page, blog page with sidebar and without sidebar (three column or two columns post), page template like page with left sidebar, page with right sidebar, full width page (no sidebar). So what features to put and what to remove in free version, you need to take idea from this two link tables, this will be your research part to make difference and give me difference of free and premium after completion.
