Customization of Web Template Full Script.

Hello, I need a customization of a script that is very similar to a famous site. We want to customize the template to make it work as a retreat listing and booking service. We need to adapt the functionality so that our retreat owners can list available dates, room types, different packages, and set number of available spaces. Once the guest clicks into a listing they must be able to book from the available room choices and prices for that date. E.g [login to view URL] The listing process ... Needs functionality to: List price per retreat (i.e 7 day retreat = £X Nightly price should be optional (lister can remove it) List multiple rooms at different prices for the same dates. List multiple available dates per listing. Search box on home page ... Non required fields Default search is all locations/listings Guest change to ‘type’ must be non required Additional box – extra filter related to choice 1 Date field – 3/5/7/30 days before or after Can we customize filters add new?
