Customiza Social Login Process

I have purchased a premium social login plugin: [login to view URL] Right now, after social login, users are signed up as the same role. I need this instead: 1. Login with Facebook ONLY. No other login method provided. 2. After social login, users will see a form with few fields and role selector.(Role 1 or Role 2) 3. Based on their selection, assign correct role to user, and redirect them to correct page. I also have Formidable and Toolset CRED installed on my site. Feel free to use them to create the form, if needed.
