I need for my repair company a new software solution for full management. Current solution is based php code and pos for win. i want now complete solution all in one panel with windows and partial online php. short details customer database, register -new ticket for repair device (register in windows software) - web php part for end user can online fill php form for new request ticket and software windows application receive new request ticket also, full customer management history, stock management, make invoice, save invoice as proforma and later able edit proforma or save as invoice, track-trace ticket by php-web for end user - if any update for ticket technici update ticket details - end user can track-trace by php www and see also updates, make photo by mobile phone or webcam and upload as file and comment, - wp new web - - last finshed ticket (status repair ticket finish) show on site - last done complete jobs - show ticket nr... - send news letter from software - and one button share on web wp page - send SMS (nokia suite + sms with central nr-external for paid sms service) - Mail send-recieve - calendar - reminder time ( each ticket when crated - time finish- time remind - ..) - order panel - place order for customer-select item from stock- - notitions - for each ticket also able make notition which by track end user cant see is for internal technici - example technical can add comment for each ticket and later can read-edit-remove - analyse with grafic - each day-week-monht how many customer-new ticket craeted- model of received device % / ,,,, - price list page (inside software page to make list of each repair item-price - and same list show on php-web page contact for full details - if you dont have doneany project with c#/c/c++/delphi/vb-net dont make a bid- only php is no enougt for these project. %10 max is php part.
