Creating car spare tables for import into the Ebay Store

Preferably someone who worked on a similar project. I do have or can get the necessary Tecdoc based data but I need it to be in a usuable format. From that I mean I`m not a web developer or else I wouldn`t be here asking for help. The data needs to be retrievable with a piece of software so that all I do is enter a part number, select a certain supplier to get the make, model etc table for the specific part number. I have uploaded a sample file but I don`t know what to do with it. I need a piece of software so I can click to get the information I need.
