Create a website for our apartments to rent.

Looking for someone to create a simple website for listing our 3 or 4 apartments available to be booked.
Need a logo designed, the colour scheme will then flow through to the website you will build.
Will need 6 pages designed (Home/Homepage), Our Apartments summary, Apartment Profile/Listing page, Guest Information, About Us & Contact Us.
Require a fully responsive Bootstrap site built within Laravel.
The DB with the data to populate the apartment information is already set up, you just need to link to it and display it. You will be given access to this and advised of what data populates what section of the design you provide.
We have a third party website that control the booking process, all we require to do is pull the dates available and prices and display it, if they decide to book the user will go to this website to complete the booking.
