To create a PC application based on Microsoft Excel. The application should eliminate the ability for intentional users to delete workbooks entirely (within file explorer). MS Excel can only prevent deletion of data entry by way of protecting the worksheet, but intentional user may still remove it (or copy it). The function of the application should be based on MS Excel, where all formulae can work, and linkage between newly created and other worksheets are possible.
