Create a script with websocket and linux shell inside an admin panel -- 2

Hello The Project is a work in progress website that we have been working on. The Details of the project are not that much, but we need someone who has the following skills to proceed with the work, it needs someone skillful, so if you are not confident with the following don't apply : 1. Node.JS as we will convert a current working PHP websocket server into a new Node.JS one 2. Server to server communication with websockets, we will have to execute "linux shell" commands on some servers by sending proper websocket messages to them , get the execution result back 3. Javascript + websocket are everywhere in the project . 4. css skills with html are highly needed and a PLUS . Conditions : 1. We work without down payment, we only pay for the work done, but we will add the funds of each milestone to the website before we start the work of course . 2. we need the work to be done in time, always should finish before the deadline . 3. we pay extra 15-20% if milestone done before the end of the deadline , and we substract 5% for everyday of delay after deadline . 4. we work with milestones base kind of work, as the project will keep evolving with time . 5. each candidate will have a technical interview to see how capable they are to get the work done .
