Create minimal Laravel4/Angularjs application to serve one template

PLESE READ AND UNDESRTAND THE REQUEST BEVORE MAKING YOUR OFFER I have a complex Laravel4/AngularJS application, this application has a page that prints a receipt/invoice. This receipt/invoice, it is based on an angular template and some JSON data that gets produced by the server. Everithing it is ok here. This means that the receipts is built on the client browser and I don't have it server side. Now, what I need is this: I need to be able to produce this receipt/invoice (in pdf format) server side too, as I need to produce it automatically and sent it via email. I need one of these two solutions: -To be able to run the angularjs template + JSON data server side and get back the resulting HTML that I'll convert to PDF -Or to have you to build a very simple laravel4/angularjs project that is able to statically server the receipt/invoice template + the ralated JSON data, so that if I open that project with the browser, I get the receipt/invoice. This way I could be able to use a software like "phantomjs" to retrieve the resulting HTML for the receipt/invoice and then convert it to PDF. I'll provide the angularjs template and and example of json data. Before assigning the project we'll chat to be sure that you have understood my needs.
