Create custom Woocommerce admin page, design product

I have an existing product review website built with Wordpress and Woocommerce but I need some more expertise and customization than I am able to perform by myself. The work I need done is best described as two initiatives:

1. Backend: I need a page I can access on the backend of wordpress to quickly add WooCommerce products. Products can be added in WooCommerce fine, but there are so many options in the existing menu, that it takes too much time to navigate to the fields needed (most of the woocommerce features are not being utilized). In addition to just reorganizing the existing fields in a new page, I need someone who is knowledgeable enough to add a couple new ones (for example, instead of just a price field, I need a price field for a 3-month subscription, 6-month subscription, 12-month subscription, and so on.) I’ve included a mock-up of what this admin page could look like. At the end of the project, I will want customers to be able to search/filter by all fields logically, so it will require more than just general product attributes.

2. Frontend: I need someone experienced with product pages to organize the product page template in a way that makes sense. This means having the product attributes filterable and showing the information in a clear and professional way across a wide range of product types. Basically – I want someone who knows what works for product review and ecommerce sites to make my library of products appear as logical and intuitive as possible. (Examples include: product grouping, variable pricing, available by country, rating of products by multiple attributes).
