Hello, We are a team of software engineers with 6+ years of experience in professional software development. We would create a desktop application in Delphi that would take the source images and the associated students/teacher information as input and produce the required printable output image. The program could have a "Browse" button (or similar) that would allow selecting the student image(s), while the First Name, Last Name, Grade and other relevant information could be either input through the user interface or loaded from another file which would have to be in some format expected by the program. The program would then create the output image and allow print previewing and printing it in the 320px x 400px or other resolution. The GUI would be user friendly with a slick and modern looking design. Let me know if you are interested, we will discuss the details.
