Create a Wordpress property blog embedded onto my website

I want to turn my boring website into a professionally designed property blog. this blog must be SEO friendly. I will blog once per day minimum but I want a way to schedule these posts- I want a blog to go out every day at 9 am but I dont want to have to think about it- I want to write ten posts in advance for example and know the next ten days blogging are covered. The blogs will be categorised; New property, resales, finance posts, general info etc. We need a comments section where registered users, those who give us real email addresses can post questions and comments. There will be a link for the blog to other collaborators we work with- for example mortgage brokers. I also want links to my blog from other web sites. This blog must be simple to use. Staff members and some property professionals will have access to post directly to the blog with Pics, text etc. The blog will be embedded onto an older website which my current IT team are revamping. You will need to work with them to get this onto the other web site. I want to do this job separate to my current IT people. This is something I want done before they even know about it. I want to put lots of posts up and then I will incorporate it onto my regular website. Perhaps I will need weekly (daily?) help actually managing the blog? I read that its particularly easy- remains to be seen. Anything else I missing to make a professional blog please let me know. Can we or should we link all blog posts to our FB/Twitter pages? If so, please include a price for that, I have no clue of the budget- Absolutely none, so lets see!! Ian
