We are looking for a member of our technical support who is available during the hours of 10am to 6pm UTC +8

You will be paid a monthly salary for being "on call" during those hours. Your job will be to empty any ticket that comes in and try to help to the best of your ability.
Not many tickets come in during those hours so you will have time to work on anything else you want during most of the time. You are expected to answer tickets immediately, however. The job is, as such, not really full time but as "on call".
On average, there are only 5-10 tickets which take just about 1h in total to answer during those 8 hours. We simply need somebody to answer them immediately. So you have about 7 hours of the 8 you are on call for other work as long as you answer the tickets without wait.
Your skill set needed for the job:
- Very good knowledge of wordpress, espacially things like recognising when a plugin is causing an error or when the .htaccess file is set wrong
- Very good English
- A friendly attitude even when it comes to dealing with difficult customers
- Knowledge of WHMCS is preferrable ,though if the above criteria is met, this can be taught.
