Create Project Management Information System

I need co-workers to make information system to manage project (project management), 'task' detail looks like 'task' in software redmine [url removed, login to view] but this is much simpler. (requirement draft in attached pdf).

in addition to the main needs in pdf requirement, there are other needs that data task are imported from microsoft project output. The main output is. .MPP extension, but can also save as becomes: xls, csv, txt and xml. Data import feature does not have to be all extensions. I prefer can be imported from .MPP, but if there is a solution that is faster by using one of the 4 other extensions are also not a problem.

I put the skilss to use php so that I can understand too. for other programming languages I opened up the opportunity, but not prioritized because it takes time to learn.

I will continue to update requirements while making the design and UI mock-up . although it will not immediately be done, I'm searching from now to find an appropriate partner. as soon as the design fix, this project takes a short time to have a prototype.
