Create PHPFox "Blocked User Module" to hide member submitted content

First off, we are familiar with the amount of time this project will take to complete. Please do not submit a highball bid as they will not be considered. We need a module created for our PHPFox site that will change the behavior of the "Block User" feature on the site. Currently, when a member blocks another member on the site, the blocked member will not have the ability view the profile of the member who blocked them. However, they will still have ability to view all posts made to the news feed, including the sharing of pictures and movies, along with posts to forums, events, blogs, etc. We need a module created that will enhance the block feature and prevent a member who have been blocked, from viewing any content posted by that member. For this project, we would need it done using a new module and/or plugins if at all possible. We would like to avoid modifying core PHPFox files. Please have experience working with customizations to PHPFox or be familiar with the functionality of the script. If you have never worked with PHPFox and are unfamiliar, you will likely not be awarded the project. We have several other projects that need to be completed as well. If this project goes well there will be the opportunity for additional work.
