Create a Google Page Rank Checker Plugin

I need a simple wordpress plugin built that allows you to use a short code to create a responsive bar like this [login to view URL] and when you type the url a floating box comes up asking to to verify your self as a person using Recaptcha and once you do that the box disappears and you page rank appears under the search box with some sought of fade motion. The plugin should have a admin panel where you can change the recaptcha and if possible change the color of the search box and the check PR button.
