Create Amazon Email autoresponder

Hi, I am looking to create a web-based email autoresponder system that will tie into the Amazon API, so I can send follow up emails to my Amazon customers. The system should be able to: 1. Have unlimited number of autoresponder campaigns. 2. Each campaign should have an unlimited number of emails 3. Emails should be able to be delivered in plain text or HTML 4. Emails can be scheduled at any daily interval after customer purchase 5. Emails will have tokens available to represent names, orders, etc 6. Statistics on Emails sent and opened, and undeliverable May eventually open to other channels, so system should be built with this in mind, but not necessary to implement at this time.
