Need to create a simple application in windows, first to log into secure gateway server (based on username) and retrieve records of serial numbers, then populate to the app form in drop down box, select one of those serial numbers, then enter an Ascii string into a blank text box, then POST in specific XML format the message to the gateway server with a time stamp using https. Wait for reply, and retrieve the records and populate to a form or report.
