Require a web-tool (and database programmed) to extract rates and availability from SimeMinder channel manager (with web crawler like technique) and convert availability to iCal (and then keep updated) and insert rates (website working as bot to insert rates in required fields) in HomeAway and AirBnB websites for multiple listings. This would be on-line website where I would log with my user in and then link desired rate plan to target listing on either HomeAway or AirBnB. Availability/ calendar update for both AirBnB would be the same as they use iCal synchronisation. This tool would need to check availability information in SiteMinder with certain frequency. AirBnB and HomeAway does not use OTA 2 way XML connection so it would have to be done via Bot and iCal. The project includes the development of webpage, crawler/ mining tool (bot) tool and database. The budget is between £700-900

Hello. My username stands for a web extractor and I am an expert in this kind of projects in particular. Would you please mention by which criteria should the rates be extracted? Don't you have any fears to have your server IP be banned by SiteMinder due to the incoming frequent high traffic? Does the project include the web site design work? Thanks. Eugene
