I´ve converted several Access databases and applications to mysql databases and applications. What is unclear here is the size of the project. Are you talking about 10 tables and 10 update web pages or are you talking about 100. Also unclear is whether or not you have an internal server to host the solution or you need it hosted as well. If awarded the project, I would need the access database and a short description of the update pages. I would provide a create and insert script for the data and a web application for the front end with a login page, an administration page for access levels by group and all of the update pages. I am bidding under the assumption that you need fewer than 10 update pages.
