Hi Employer, I am working as tech lead in leading company in Sri Lanka. And I have 7 + years of experience of doing several domain related software such as school/university Management, eLearning system , restaurant based management /POS / ordering systems also ecommerce based systems. I have already developed system architecture with the use of “ASP.NET, C# Programming, Microsoft SQL Server, MVC” component, using that architecture I think your requirement must satisfied. Also I developed with following functionality such as user login, user and admin’s signup’s, home page with dashboard, forget password , directly can combined to email server to emails exchange when doing the above operations. This architecture is currently used by many and by use of this architecture you can do lot of things. So as in your requirement most of the work is done. (Task (5) Authentication: - User/pass authentication- Registration - Forgot password). So we can directly use that architecture with developing the business cases that you are looking for. If you want some systems that use this architecture I can give those links and you can analyze the feasibility of that architecture. Proposal: Application runs as windows service and displays authentication dialogue on initial run, then hides as tray icon in background until F11 is pressed. My bid only includes a simple display of the results shown from the website query. As for OCR we will use the open source tesseract.
