Hello,
I am a web developer and I am making a simple one page website that needs the programming aspect to be finished by a php programmer.
There are two main things need:
1- A line chart ( preferably something js/canvas) that gets its data from the database.
- Needs to be responsive, and compatible with all major browsers.
2- A survey form that when submitted saves the information from to the database ( that then powers the line chart)
So essentially, i will have a website with a chart that shows user happiness per day. On that same page, a user can click a button that will open up the form in a lightbox/modal where they can select the date, their happiness level, location, option to share custom message and link with social media, and submit it.
If you can handle the js and php aspect of this great, if you can only do the php form I can handle the js chart, you would only need to connect the form the database, and then grab that data again to power the chart.

Good day and thank you for reading my proposal. We would create this for you in PHP with a MySQL backend. The Chart would be Highcharts and jQuery to run the form.
