Code an RSS Feed for my Search Engine Website

Code an RSS Feed for my search engine ([login to view URL]) for the keyword "energy" that can be used to import content to the autoblog feeder plugin for this WP ite energycheap,org/blog. The benefit to me is that I don't have to pay a content discovery feed service and I can share aggregated content with the other sites.
