Clone Magento Module

Good morning,
I have a module and I need to clone it in order to have 2 versions of this module under my magento installation.
The job consist to change the data in order to have the 2 independant module working in admin and in the frontend.
I think the job isn't too hard like we keep the same structure and we change only the data according the new mysql table.
