Client portal tweak

I have put together a client section on my website for clients to be able to be redirected to their private page once they log in. I have used a plugin called “Client Portal” ([login to view URL]) which enables a private user page once a user has been created in the system. I would like to have a template, that I have made, added to the newly created user private page every time a new user is created. The template consists of some text, links to terms and conditions and link to the users invoices, gallery links and downloads of retouched files. The only thing that will be altered continuously is the table with link to the gallery and downloads. (Please see private page template [login to view URL]) to see what I mean. I would like to have a custom field, in the editing section, to continue to add job name, date, link to gallery and download link, below the content section when the client have new galleries. The thing to have in mind here is that it is possible for the client to make multiple orders from a single gallery at any given time so the “Retouched/Done” section of the private page must be able to handle multiple lines for download links to be added. (Please see attached example [login to view URL] / marked with red) Also, each private page starts with e.g. Hej Vivi, which means Hi Vivi( Vivi is the clients name). I would also like to have that automated so that the clients name is added automatically to their private page once it is initiated. The chosen freelancer will of course have ftp and WP access.
