I have already worked on a project where we used to extract the paragraphs from e-book and tag them with "Chapter No/Section/Page No/Para No" so that each paragraph was easily identifiable. Further the application was automated to search and extract the related paragraphs from the book, based on the search string provided. The application also generated the front index and back index of the book. ( The keywords for the back index were provided to the app and it automatically marked the page and para no where those words can be found) I can start the work as soon as you provide the input.
