PROJECT SCOPE: I like to explain you the flow then will ask some questions. Here a CRM system will be integrated for a call center, Dialing system you are working, So I will get the code from you, which I can put on the customer list, So Agent will see the list of the customers and they will get the details of then then a dialing button they will see and press for call, Once the call complete and customer ready for pay then agent will see the payment url for that customer, It will be pre generated, We will do it by code, like each customer will have an unique ID (will create while customer will be added), Based on that Id we will generate a link, also agent id will be included there, which link agent can send to the customer, once customer pays through that link then we will track agent, customer and the service so we can have the track data. So basically from that we can show sales report, filter that for each month and each agent. Also Pay roll system we can add, If you have bio metric code integrated then we can get the web service and data for each employee, Also from Sales report we can arrange incentive plan.
