Build a website+Mobile App

The program will need to provide for:\r\n\r\n1. user logins \r\n- Shoppers/Members\r\n- Merchants\r\n- Admin\r\n-Team \r\n\r\n2, ability for Shoppers/Members to \r\na) create/edit an account profile\r\nb) register & activate cards through website.\r\nc) search for Local Merchants (by postcode or city/suburb)\r\nd) search for Local Offers, posted by Merchants \r\ne) buy online various type of cards/loyalty membership\r\nf) may generate and print discount card/loyalty card purchased online\r\ng) may view offer/discount posted by merchant/admin like [login to view URL] \r\nf) areawise search sales team with contact details with photo\r\n\r\n3. ability for Merchants to \r\na) create/edit an account profile\r\nb) create and edit/delete various discount/special offers; these could be \r\ni) percentage discount\r\nii) buy x get 1 free,\r\niii) spend x receive y\r\niv) accumulate points etc. \r\n\r\nv) validate Loyalty Card when Shoppers claims an offer and process the claim.\r\nd) request reports \r\ni) list of offers claimed etc with filtered results\r\nii) list of Shoppers\r\n\r\n4. Administrator Panel\r\na) Admin must be able to perform all functions that Shoppers and Merchants can do plus request some additional reports about Shoppers, Merchants and Transactions (ie. Offers claimed)\r\nb) Admin must have ability to create, approve, edit, delete and upload/download data in bulk all things\r\nc) Admin must be able to edit or reset passwords\r\nd) Admin must be able to download backup of database\r\ne) Admin may upload online sales, Discount Card Membership data\r\nf) Country: India, Currency : Rs. INR, \r\ng) Sate Master create/modify/edit/delete \r\nf) City Master create/modify/edit/delete\r\n\r\n5. Seller Team Panel\r\na) areawise sales team data\r\na) Sales Commission on monthly target sales Chart\r\nb) TDS(tax) on Commission \r\nc) top 5 seller on home page with photo\r\nd) seller promotion on target sales\r\nd) less commission paid payment and account \r\n\r\nIn addition the program should have facility to flag and display featured offers managed by Admin.\r\nProgram should me modular to allow for easy expansion or modification.\r\nProgram should be secure.\r\n\r\nDeveloper may suggest/add more feature as per requirement\r\n
