I don't think this project can be done fully in the time we need it done. Our only hope is to find either a person or team who will extend their hours between now and August 20 to get this done.
This project must be done to the highest standard possible with today's technology. Any aspect of this system that is less than the best possible, from usability and efficiency standpoints is unacceptable.
The basic requirement is to build a blog to be used by up to 30 writers at a time with thousands of active accounts. The people using this system are professional writers whose demands are the highest possible The writers are more expert than any computer programmer in what this system needs to do. It is important to understand you will be working for the experts, not the other way around.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Either Tinymce or ckeditor configured to run on our existing site.
..Paste from clipboard into editor and upload up to 20 images per post
..Also support drag and drop file upload and picking files from local storage.
..The images have to be formatted within the articles where they are posted without snags. Formatting includes size, with easy cropping and management aspect ratios, and writing notes on the images after they are posted.
.. A way to select webpage layouts that only the senior site editor can control. The layouts supported include all the currently established high-end responsive layouts.
.. A good way to schedule articles for publication months in advance.
.. Support logging in by up to 30 writers at once, all with their own accounts and writer profile/bios that include their pictures and extensive background of each writer.

What makes this assignment challenging is that your basic slam-bam it does everything if we tweak it more is not what we need. We need this to be a total ACE from top to bottom, completely finished, installed within our existing system and explained to the people who have to use it.
We know that will take time, and know we have to pay for that.
