Build single splash page portal (Zope 2) used for WiFi Cafes network

Hello! I would like to find the right person for our recurring front end need : While this post describes a single mission, we have recurring needs and actually one BIG project also, so I am looking to find a talent we could collaborate with ober time ! FYI I am in France (GMT+1). Here is our very first project, paving the way for what may be we hope a long common journey :-) I am looking for a Splash page to be created from existing objects (logo, background image, text in French, here already provided for this exercise). This coded page needs to be adjusted for a zope 2 environment (zope 2). The corresponding zope folder is actually linked to a physical wifi node (venue such as cafe, restaurant etc..). The splash wifi page is extracted from the corresponding zope folder. The environment is a live server with zope and bootstrap (3.3.5) installed. It must be responsive Needed knowledge for these regular missions : zope 2 dhtml (python) bootstrap While they may be some fine tuning needed for you to understand our layout and server environment initially, but ideally you already have some knowledge with the above description. We could work to start with, on a per hourly basis or per mission For this first test site, background image and logo and text (french :-) ) are already provided.
