We are looking for a medium sized software agency for development of a real estate portal. The agency should have : 1. Proven record of implementing a high traffic site/ real estate site. 2. High traffic wordpress site 3. Should have implemented payment gateway using CCAvenue. 4. Integration with SMS/OTP. 5. Basic knowledge of real estate industry/portals 6. Shoulld have inhouse testers 7. Should be able to maintain the site for along time. A personal meeting will be required , so agency should be based in Delhi/NCR only. No registration for General User. He should be able to browse all the projects. By default all the projects will be seen. He can filter projects by the following. 1. By Plot / Apartment 2. By Location 3. By Approval status 4. By Price range He should be able to comment or rate the projects. All comments and ratings are moderated before going live He should be able to request a call back on a particular project. Agent : Add a new Project. Request for premium membership.
