1. we need to be able to determine and charge the cost for shipping orders from Tennessee to the location of the buyer
2. we have added more products (books) but not all of them are showing up on the website in the product category.
3. we have a submission form/landing page but that needs to be included on the home page instead of buried on the site
4. we have a custom built blog application that needs to be implemented and our employees need to be trained how to create new blogs for new authors and make those blogs live.
