I need a basic online game developed. Somewhat like CyberNations or Project Terra. I dont need any graphics at this time. I will basically need the following
> secure logins for many concurrent users
> in game chat
> File that loads entities into the world, and loads terrain/resources into the world.
> NPC Entities
> Character stats
> a way to interact with NPCs
> a way for players to capture and develop resources and experience over time
